domain hosters and no spam?

There are plenty that meet that criteria.

It may be harder to dig up data on this.

I've used Dreamhost for hosting clients, and their spam filtering isn't 
as effective as Gmail's, but is fairly decent.

Another option to consider is moving just your email hosting elsewhere. 
For example, to Google for Domains.
