I was skeptical about removing the Morse requirement too... but in
hindsight, it happened and the sky isn't falling. In fact, the amount of
CW operation actually seems to be INCREASING. On the other hand, the
recent band reallocation does concern me -- it's made the situation
between CW and digital mode operators a bit tense, especially on 40 meters.
