Somehow I think that would go over like a lead balloon.  Hosting an e-mail 
server is explicetly against their Terms of Service which while I'm not a 
lawyer, I believe it well within their rights.

other similar applications, for any business enterprise, or as an 
end-point on a non-Comcast local area network or wide area network."

I suppose you could argue that your mail server is not for business use.

Now I think their blocking of Bitorrent traffic should be a bit more 
actionable as long as you can demonstrate legitimate uses.
