DNS problem

I seem to be experiencing a DNS problem.  At first I thought that it was
Firefox--I upgraded to Hardy yesterday.  But, it seems that I am not able to
connect to a lot of sites.  I can connect to some sites but not all sites.
I have been using
4.2.2.1
4.2.2.2
as my nameservers.  Is anyone else experiencing problems?
