Buying Ubuntu Support from Canonical not as smooth as running the Operating System!

I just received the confirmation email.  In it, they also assumed me
9-6 support in my time zone.  They listed an international number,
however, that should be dialed for such support.  I did not see an 800
number in the email and if anyone knows it, I would be happy to make
use of it :-)
