Buying Ubuntu Support from Canonical not as smooth as running the Operating System!

Why wouldn't you believe that?  US companies sell 9-5 US time support
to a UK company or a Japanese company all time!  Of course, then they
just outsource that to India where they are working 10p-6am.  Time
is all relative anyways, isn't it?
