Well, I'm not familiar with Coardiant, but I am a bit familiar with 
Gomez.  There may be software that does what they do, but their biggest 
draw for most companies is that they host testing servers all over the 
world giving you a diverse set of testing agents.

Are you going to be able to setup enough machines to make the information 
useful for your needs?
