Not really a kit, but a PDF on how to use wireshark to detect forged
ISP packets. Basically, the whole document can be summed up to one
image...

In this image, you can see a whole bunch of forged TCP RST packets,
but curiously, legitimate TCP data still comes in!??! Now, either the
end host is messing around with you, or your ISP injected packets into
the stream...
