if you're using qmail, as root:
  echo doublebounce > /var/qmail/control/doublebounceto:
  echo # > /var/qmail/alias/.qmail-doublebounce

and, (I think), if you're using postfix, in main.cf:
  notify_classes = resource, software, bounce, 2bounce
