[Discuss] New BLU Wiki

Please note: there are a bunch of questions on the new account form --
which really makes wiki administration and community building easier. But
it may scare off some. Nothing is required except email, and short bio
(plus click the TOS agreement). Nothing is sold, shared, or used in any way
except to provide the service.
