In addition to 'admin' messages, there are also transactional messages like
"forgot password" or "confirm registration" as well as notification
messages (comment posted, page edited, etc.) emails.  On a low volume
server, it may seem like 'mail' should just work (like it does when you
test it), but unless you go through the effort to setup MX, DKIM, SPF etc.,
those few members of your blog, forum, wiki site won't get the messages
that they should.
