fiber and the implications of Comcast's de-facto monopoly on 
high-speed internet in the Cambridge area. Not only does this 
lack of competition disincentivize fair pricing and quality 
service for both residents and businesses, but it also serves to 
widen the Digital Divide, restricting those with lower 
socioeconomic status from equal access to both information and 
economic opportunities.
