Seems like a good time for me to post my current systemd "best practice"
for Debian servers:

aptitude install sysvinit-core sysvinit sysvinit-utils
aptitude purge ~nsystemd~n

update-initramfs -k all -u

/bin/echo -e 'Package: *systemd*\nPin: origin ""\nPin-Priority: -1' >
/etc/apt/preferences.d/systemd

reboot
