I don?t want strangely built versions of PHP that don?t work properly with PostgreSQL like Dreamhost has. I just want a ?regular? gnu-linux or bsd box where I am root and things work as a normal human would expect.

It would also be nice if I can add credits to the account in multiple ways. For example a client gives me $500 for their server hosting costs and I can?t apply it to Digital Ocean. I have to wait until they bill me monthly. Stupid.
