Had the post been by the hiring firm and not by a former colleague of
the hiring manager, it most certainly would have been legal hot water
for them.  Get a clue before someone hands you one the hard way;
hopefully you don't have hiring responsibility so your "traditional"
language will merely create "hostile work environment" problems for
your employer and not worse.
