[Discuss] DMARC issue, Yahoo and beyond

I've installed Python 2.7.7 on the BLU mailserver with the binary named
"python277" instead of just "python", then I installed Mailman 2.1.18-1,
which was just released a few days ago.

I configured it to run in parallel with the existing Mailman, and created a
test list within the new instance. After verifying that it's working
properly, I let Jerry know so he can test the DMARC behavior with the new
test list.

Once we've verified the behaviors of the different config options and
chosen which settings to use, we'll migrate all the lists to the new
Mailman instance so we can shut down the ancient instance.
