[Discuss] cracked boston site?

So this is a site promoting a badge proclaiming "Built in Boston" that
they are encouraging site owners/developers to add to their sites to
promote that the site was developed using Boston area talent.

Some of the links in the "Who is repping it?" section (which I presume
links to places displaying the badge) look a bit suspect.

How are those links obtained? It looks like reporting is automated via
the JS snippet they give you. So basically any spammer who wants to get
their page in front of more people can insert this JS somewhere and have
their page linked to.

I wouldn't call that hacked. More like spammed.
