[Discuss] SCO just won't go away

The judge in the SCO vs IBM case had denied SCO's motion to reopen the
case a couple of weeks ago. Today SCO is requesting a reconsideration
because the stays in the bankruptcy case have been lifted. If the case
is reopened, it should be monetary only.

It is only of interest to the Linux community for historical and
amusement purposes since all the Linux issues were solved when SCO lost
to Novell.
