Hi Bill,

Can you give us a sense of the scale and complexity of their needs?

Perhaps consider also:
a) Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware, http://tiki.org  (on which I'm the
Security Coordinator as of last week, when everyone else stepped
backwards).  Try the demo:  http://demo.tiki.org/
b)  Google Docs or Sites?(!)
