True, but that's just a detail.  I've never failed to reactivate windows after a migration.  Sometimes I have to make a phone call and punch in a bunch of digits, sometimes I have to tell a human that I'm moving windows from one computer to another (and destroying, formatting, deleting, not using the old computer, or the old windows anymore.)
