Actually, it is the damages. Oracle needs to prove that it was damaged,
and come up with a value of the damages. They have had  a number of
pretrial motions regarding the damages, and had several reports thrown
out. And, I don't think the issue is "stolen" code where Google people
went in and copied Sun's code.
