3. It took me 8 hours to get this one order through the system. The
codes I was given were totally wrong, and it took me a while to obtain
the correct codes.  Additionally, searches, such as laser printer paper
was actually difficult. First it comes up as $40,000, then when I was
able to drill down the the box I ordered Hammermill, but that got
rejected because it was no longer carried although it was in the
catalog. Finally got Staples 30% recycled paper.
4. On the upside, once I got the order submitted with all the correct
codes, I got it overnight.
