I am a former Unix admin who runs a LAMP based website:  
ExampleMotion.com, a file sharing website for legal professionals.

I recently moved from California, where I started the site, to the South 
Shore of Massachusetts.

1.Job Description:

Website Developer for LAMP based website with extensive back-end.

2.Required Skill-set:

Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, CSS
I am looking for one or more people who can do the site development, and 
the sysadmin back-end part.

3.Job Type:

Contract/Part-time or partner for equity in website.

4.Compensation:

Depends on skill-set.  $30.00 an hour and/or equity in website if you 
agree.

5.Company Description:

File Sharing website for legal professionals.

6.Location:

Anywhere around Boston or the South Shore.  Can work from home and we 
can meet occasionally to discuss progress.

7.Placement Organization:

Direct Hire.
