Look at the unXis executive team:

Hans Bayer ? Vice President, who is VP of Worldwide Sales for the SCO Group.
Ken Nielsen, Chief Financial Officer, who is CFO for the SCO Group.
Andrew Nagle ? Senior Director of Engineering, who has been a senior UnixWare and SCO UNIX engineer for decades.

This isn't some white knight come to salvage what's left of the SCO Group.  This is a reformed SCO Group with a different trademark on the name badges.  Expect to see the exact same litigation all over.
