Galaxy Tab WiFi now available - $349

The CyanogenMod crew released CM7 earlier this week for a slew of devices including NOOKcolor. CM7 is a modified AOSP Gingerbread (2.3.3), and it incorporates some UI tweaks inspired by Honeycomb. While intended for tablet devices with limited buttons, most of the tweaks are available to the entire line of supported devices.

For what it's worth, Quadrant Standard scores Nc running CM7 around 1500. Galaxy Tab scores around 1050. Nc's substantially higher score is probably due to a combination of faster on-board flash chip and optimizations in CM7 that Samsung didn't make for Tab. Neocore, the graphics benchmark, rates Tab at around 57fps, roughly three times Nc's 22fps, so definitely a better GPU in Tab, but that's not surprising.
