Buzilla search question

I guess it depends on what you mean by "open". I have my own ideas as
to what "open" means. To me, using Bugzilla's default states, "open"
means any tickets in these states: unconfirmed, new, assigned,
reopened.

So, when I am working on a project that uses Bugzilla for
bug-tracking, I typically setup a report that looks for any of these
states.

The thing that is important to remember is that every
organization/project seems to have their own interpretation of the
{stuff} that is held in the bug tracking DB.
