Linux-ish Laptop Question

Lenovo, I use a T400 and a X40. The keyboard is what I like 
about them. The other thing is the thinkwiki community which 
has helped make linux work well with most hardware. I bought 
my T400 through Lenovo's site. They sell slightly used 
models for a decent discount. You only get a one year 
warranty through that program though.
