Routers (with some humor)

I recently upgraded to the Cisco Linksys E3000 and have been very pleased
with it, especially after switching to the open source DD-WRT firmware (
www.ddwrt.com). I highly recommend it over the stock Linksys firmware. The
E2000 is also supported, Edward, so you might want to check it out.

The E3000 replaced a Netgear WNR2000 that worked OK for all devices except
my Droid X, which had terrible latency problems with it. I don't know
whether the fault was Motorola's or Netgear's, but the Droid X is much
happier on the E3000 in any case. It also has dual-band wireless-N and
gigabit wired ports. Nice unit.
