credit card processing suggestions

That's sufficiently high that a traditional merchant account
with a bank is probably a better bet in terms of reliability
and accountability. The fees will likely be comparable.

Paypal and banks will both screw you around as much as they feel
they are able. Banks, however, have regulators that you can
complain to. Paypal does not.
