The issue behind this was that unknowing computer users were allowing
their systsms to be used as open relays et. al. I'm not sure how they
determine if an IP is an assigned dynamic address issued by some ISP,
like Charter or Comcast, but they should not simply reject a static IP
assigned by an ISP.  Sometimes AOL will post a URL in the email log
file. I do agree with Rajiv that you should file a support ticket. I
know a lot of people who have or had Speakeasy.
