There does seem to be an attitude problem there. I remember a few years
back
when they decided to delete a feature that many people relied on, and a few
days
into the resulting flamewar, someone from the Gnome team replied to me
something
to the effect of

"I'm sick of all this bitching, and I'll tell you the same thing I've
told the
other ten thousand crybabies: *NOBODY* wants that feature!"

I never understood how someone could acknowledge that tens of thousands
of people were complaining, yet still claim in the same paragraph that
nobody
really wanted the feature.
