Groupware; Citadel

I'm looking at a few groupware packages for a non-profit I help out...

At this time, I'm leaning toward Citadel;
http://www.citadel.org/doku.php

> *Citadel* is a turnkey open-source solution for email and
> collaboration. One simple installation delivers a multitude of
> powerful features, including:

> * email
> * calendaring/scheduling
> * address books
> * bulletin boards
> * mailing list server
> * instant messaging
> * wiki
> * multiple domain support
> * a powerful web interface
>
Basically, I need to set them up with something that does e-mail and
calendaring and when changes are needed or new accounts are needed I
don't have to do a site visit and touch each computer - or manage
several types of e-mail clients.

Anyone using this package, or know of it?
Any feedback, or alternate recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
