Fedora 13 is now officially released

I just double checked the Fedora site (http://fedoraproject.org/) and
Fedora 13 is now officially released. I did a yum upgrade on my desktop
system over the weekend, and it failed on loading a 32-bit X.org driver
although my system is 64-bit and I had some issues booting the Fedora 13
kernel, so when I have a few minutes to spare I'll re-upgrade my system
to Fedora 13.

BTW: When I run the Fedora 13 installation DVD, it always want to
install a new system, rather than upgrade. I had this problem with
Fedora 12 also. In any case, on Fedora 13, my plan is to perform the
upgrade, and not a fresh install, although sometimes a fresh install is
sometimes advisable.
