Virtual Box + Windows 7 + Crazy Talk 6

You should get Win 7 Pro, not home, and if you get the OEM license, it's
$140.
Yes this works.  This is what I currently run.

I must say though, I run Win 7 on actual hardware, and inside VMWare Fusion,
and inside Parallels 5, and inside VBox.  None of the virtual machines is as
fast as the real machine.  So ... Up to and including Win XP, virtualization
didn't add any significant overhead; the performance of the VM was almost
indistinguishably the same as running on the "real" hardware.  But it's not
there yet for Win 7.
