Linus at Fermi National Laboratory

It was a wonderful time during the coming of age for the free software
movement. Unfortunately, I feel its a bit to corporate right now,
especially with the bid for Novel from Elliot Associates.

Here is a thought. The hedge fund has this plan.

1) Buy Novel
2) Dump everything from Novel that is not Linux.
3) Start suing everyone in sight, a la SCO. - They have paten protection
from MS.

Doesn't Novel "own" some part of the unix copyright?
