Servers for a good cause?

I've got about 60 1U and 2U Dell servers that need a new home after 3-4 years
of use. They are 1425/1750/1850/2850/6850 models, mostly dual-socket
machines.

I could try posting them to eBay but I doubt that's a good use of my time.
Some friends have asked about using them for a home setup, but they burn a lot
of power (200-300 watts) and make a lot of noise.

So what I'm wondering is whether there are some charitable organizations set
up to take donations like this, or do I just call the scrap hauler and sell it
for whatever its weight in steel is worth?
