I'm sorry this is only tangentially related, but it's too funny.  I 
moved to Comcast Business internet and phone about a month ago.  The 
level of incompetence and apathy we were faced with in every single 
stage of the process was astounding.  We just realized that all 
unanswered calls were going to some voicemail system they didn't tell us 
about instead of our answering machine. 

The key presses to get messages from the phone don't work, so we figured 
we would get the list of messages from the website, but the feature was 
disabled on my account page, as if we didn't have digital voice.  He 
didn't believe me, so I told him to log in as me.  But he couldn't, .... 
because he lost internet access. 

Impressive.
