Normally I leave Windows in the first primary, and I make the net 
partition an extended. The problem here is that the MBR can only point 
to a single boot loader. So, if you install Linux after solaris, your 
MBR will point to GRUB, so you need GRUB to point to the Solaris boot 
loader. Not 100% sure how to do this since I don't have much Solaris 
experience.
