Like he says. You can go low-end on the switches now and replace them 
later, because that's easy to do. But pulling wire is a pain, so pull 
the good stuff now. Wire is cheap. Not QUITE as cheap as it used to be, 
but still cheap compared to the effort -- and expense if you pay 
somebody to do it -- of pulling it.
