(another) website cracked

 hi all. 

i've been asked to update a friend of a friend's website.  i log in and 
start peaking around.  appears to be a simple static site.  so i'm 
thinking i'll whip up something dynamic and easy for hist staff to 
update.  a chance to fiddle around with php. 

so i look at the source of his index page, not that i'm going to use 
this frontpage generated crap but just to look.  it appears his site has 
been cracked.  see excelstrength.com.  look on line number 26.  before i 
douche this site my question to the group is, how are the crackers using 
this?
