resize mount points



 i install red-hat 9 on my machine..with manually setting the partitions 

/home  2gb 
/boot   500mb 
/var     3gb 
/tmp    1gb 
/          10gb 

now i want to resize my home partition to 5gb... 
is it possible to resize it without installing it again....
