I'd support Bruce in a heartbeat, but there is one issue that I cannot 
forget: his lobbying work against the morse code requirement for 
international amateur radio. 

I'm not certain I can put this behind, but if the rest of his 
accomplishments are considered they certainly tip the scales. 

Still grumbling about the morse thing.
