In my search I found that a few providers will support storage and 
display of calendars - individual or group.  In my ideal world these 
would synchronize with palms and mozilla calendar. 

Offering web mail (not essential for us but a nice feature) means they 
can also provide other web-based tools like an online calendar, and wrap 
the whole package together as tightly as possible with the mail client.
