These things look amazing. I wish a had the cash floating around for

I had one of those. It was pretty nice to type on. However I ran into 
the same issues as you, and traded it with a family member for a 
"silicon harbour" keyboard. This one isn't half bad, and has a nice 
push back (your "snap action").

Yeah, thankfully I never properly learned how to type on qwerty, so 
converting was just about 3 weeks of intense pain and telling myself 
NOT to look down. Some of the first words I learned were "I switched 
to dvorak" <reply> "<explicitive> you". 

All good fun though. I wish windows made it easier to switch between 
layouts.. I found it very buggy when switching back and forth. Linux 
and OS X were a breeze though. (I left my friends mac laptop on Dvorak 
by accident.. that was interesting. Got a call at 10pm "Hey the keys 
aren't working properly, did you leave it in dvorak....")
