If the ISP is blocking based on content, then they 
are not a common carrier and a counter suit w.r.t. 
spam and porn would be The Right Thing. 

In the spirit of Dr. Seuss' "If I Ran the Zoo," by 
this time tomorrow I'd get the relevant Dem. Committee 
Chairs to send this letter to all the ISPs...
