Ophcrack is amazingly easy. I feel a bit weird when I use security 
tools, but don't know how the work though. So the first time I did 
this I did it by hand with Knoppix STD and rainbow tables (Hak.5 made 
an entire LM Rainbow Tables set, they're online). Unless you're weird 
like me, use Ophcrack.
