It wasn't clear from you message:  Were you using __Outlook__ ???? 

or was it because you are not using "Outlook"  that they decided you 
were (are) a spammer ... 

or was it for some other reason they imposed a filter... 

You don't have to answer, as any reason you give, 
could be used against you in a ( kangaroo ) court of law ;)
