Bill, 

Just call Comcast and tell them that you are trying to steal a movie 
over BitTorrent and that you are having trouble.  Tell them all about 
your particular situation... 

Comcast: "Hello, how many I help you?" 
Bill: "Yeah, I'm like trying to steal this movie over BitTorrent, but 
you guys are filtering my torrent traffic" 
Comcast: "OK Sir.  So you are having trouble downloading?" 
Bill: "Yes" 
Comcast: "OK.  Can you open up Internet Explorer for me..."
