Yup.  These are probably the most famous DNS servers on the planet.  I 
am surprised that they are open to anyone even still.  When everyone 
though Comcast was down over and over again a few summers ago, I was 
still up and running with no problems.  My friend Dave Terrell called 
me one time when his net was down for about 12 hours, and I told him 
it was merely the DNS problems they were having.  DNS is very 
critical!  Hehe...
