Dell Ubuntu Laptop

I tried configuring two Inspiron 1420 laptops identically with the only
difference being one with Windows and one with Ubuntu, besides there being
different and additional features for the Windows version, I think the two
were identical.

How much did I save by NOT paying the Microsoft tax? You tell me, the
Windows laptop costs $919 and the Linux laptop costs $939.

So, it is stupid, I could buy the Windows version for $20 less and put
Ubuntu on it. Conceptually, the Ubuntu version should cost $869 (assuming
OEM Windows home costs $50)

So, the Linux laptop at Dell is a sham, on to the next vendor!!!
